In addition to a completed payment, there will be an automatic $300 restocking fee for completed work that you choose to return/exchange and a $200 fee for redesigns that were given a "go ahead" at the time that a drawing was submitted with the original proposal.
Cost, Fees, and Payment
Cost. The total cost ("Total Cost") for all Services is due in full at the time the project is completed. Client shall pay the Total Cost to the Vendor as follows:
The first payment is a non-refundable retainer which will cover all material and design costs. Final compensation will be due upon receipt of the completed jewelry.
The "total cost" is only a minimum estimated cost and is subject to change depending on the market price of materials and unforeseen changes in labor.
Design time - Your first sketch will be sent to you prior to production and is complimentary. Any subsequent drawings will be billed by the hour accordingly.
Scrap gold
By signing this document the client agrees that the property they are forfeiting for scrap gold is the property of the client and they give permission for Camille Carnevale to destroy the jewelry used as store credit. All material will be melted down and used for the purpose of the client's custom order. Any gold left over will be used to pay the balance of the client's bill, as listed above. If the gold is not workable the material will be sold to a refinery and casting grain will be purchased.
